Privacy policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

RepBolt is a product of w3builders Technology Solutions LLP ("we"). It is software that gyms use to give their members workout plans, diet charts and training times, and that people use to follow them. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Google Play and Apple App Store rules for health and fitness apps.

What we collect

How we use health and fitness data

Who can see your data

If you join a gym that uses RepBolt, its owner, admins and your assigned trainer can see your profile, plan, logs, activity, measurements, attendance and diet so they can coach you. Other members cannot. If you train on your own, only you can see your data. We use the data only to provide RepBolt. Our service providers (hosting, email delivery and Razorpay for payments) process it on our behalf under contract.

Reminders and notifications

If you allow notifications, RepBolt reminds you about meals and water. These reminders are created on your phone; you can switch them off in Profile or in your phone's settings.

Cookies and storage

The RepBolt website and web app use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in and remember settings. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete it, your data is removed (see Delete your account); gym payment records are kept for 8 years because tax law requires it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and only the people who need it can reach the servers.

Your rights

Children

RepBolt is not meant for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
